Introduction:
Mini Granola Bar Former can be used for producing rectangular shape cereal bar.
Ø Mini cereal bar machine uses HMWHDPE belt. This belt have the feature of anti-sticking, better tenacity and not easy to damage.
Ø The pressing roller is made of food grade HMWHDPE material, more healthy with anti-sticking function. The side of roller mark the scale. Customer could accurately adjust the height of roller to meet the different thickness product requirement.
Ø The useful width of cereal bar cutting machine is 170mm.
Ø Controlled by PLC with touch screen with friendly interface.
Using high performance frequency inverter, easy adjust speed, high efficiency, it can produce 24-hour continuously.

At present, most of the flow packing machine are drived by two stepper motors with inverters. our pack machine’s fin-seal heating wheels and film feeder run by a servo system, the servo system is more efficiency than inverter system. And the machine run more precisely.
