• Cereal puffing machine: mainly used for puffed corn, rice and corn
• Flour extruder: it is mainly used in puffed white wheat flour, which is also known as crispy machine
• Soybean extrusion machine, its mainly for expanded soybean , different from the grains puffing machine, soybean extrusion machine contains degreasing device based on soybean oil content
• Feed extrusion machine: are mainly used for extrusion of fish, shrimp, pet food, and other special cultivation with pellet feed production.
♦ Single screw type feed extrusion machine. mainly used for dog treats, can also be used as the pretreatment of the raw material of a vegetable and drinking alcohol production
♦ Twin-screw type feed extrusion machine, mainly used in high-grade aquatic products, pet food production and especially the processing of high viscosity materials
1> bearing can be worn on different grade . need to adjust bearing clearance
2> steam flow back into the feeder, cause the clogging in feeder
3> Air-flow extruder and other ring or flat die pellet mill machine without pre-conditioner get stuck frequently
4> different materials require for different pressure, temperature and screw configuration settings, screw should make a corresponding adjustment
