Q1. Can I have a free sample?
A: Yes, we could offer one sample for free charge if we have ready parts in stock,but we don’t offer free sample if need open mold to do sample,we normally charge of open mold fee is 150$ for one design and we will refund sample fee when the bulk order quantity get to 2000pcs.
Q2. How to know the sample quality?
We will send production picture for each step to make a confirm with customer until customer satisfied.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A:15-30 days for sample,30-45 days for bulk

A: Our MOQ is 500pcs per designs if need open mold to do it.

A:Yes. Customer only need offer the artwork of logo in AI format to us.
