Introduction
Calcined alumina, also known as high temperature alumina, is made of industrial alumina hydroxide or industrial alumina α-type alumina products with stable crystal form were obtained by calcination at temperature, alumina powder prepared by ball milling.
It is widely used in refractory materials, abrasives, ceramics and many other industries. High temperature alumina can be said to be the largest and most extensive product in many varieties of alumina series products. At present, the conventional physical and chemical analysis indexes of high-temperature alumina are α-Al2O3 content, true specific gravity, particle size distribution and chemical composition SiO2, Fe2O3, Na2O content and original grain size.
Advantages
High temperature calcined alumina powder products have high melting point, excellent thermal shock resistance, high hardness, good electrical insulation performance and acid and alkali corrosion resistance.Generally the trihydrate obtained by Bayer method is calcined in a fluidized roaster at 1100 ~ 1450 ℃. In order to control the degree of α-Al2O3 crystallization, calcination temperature, calcination time, added mineralization agent and other factors are generally controlled. Greatly improving the product quality, purity and stability, and the bulk density of ceramic products, mohs hardness and ability to withstand voltage, etc.

Mainly used in refractory products, electronic equipment, structural ceramics, refractory materials, wear resistant materials, seals, polishing materials materials and other industries.
