Product Introduction
Inert Alumina Ceramic Packing Ball are mainly made of super fine alumina powder by advanced molding technology and high temperature kiln. It has high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, low water absorption, stable chemical properties, can withstand strong acid, strong alkali and other organic solvents corrosion characteristics.
Application
Inert Alumina Ceramic Packing Ball are used for filling base material of hydrocracking unit, oil refining unit, catalytic reforming unit, isomerization unit and demethylation unit of petrochemical unit, chemical fiber unit, alkyl benzene unit, aromatic unit, ethylene unit, natural gas unit and so on. As catalyst, molecular sieve, desiccant support, cover material and tower filler in the reactor. The main role of inert ceramic spheres is to increase the distribution point of gas or liquid, support and protect low strength active catalysts.
