1. Product Introduction
White corundum is made from industrial alumina powder, which is melted in arc furnace at a high temperature of more than 2000 degrees and then cooled. The hardness of white corundum is slightly higher than brown corundum, toughness is slightly lower, which has high purity, good self-sharpening, strong grinding ability, small heat, high efficiency, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature thermal stability. Does not affect the color of the workpiece; It can be used for sandblasting in the process where iron powder residue is prohibited. The micro-powder grade is ideal for wet sandblasting and grinding operations; High processing speed and high quality; The amount of iron oxide is very low, which is suitable for sandblasting operation with no iron residue.

3. Product Usage
White corundum abrasive is suitable for all kinds of high-end products, process or hardware products surface beautification treatment. It can make iron workpiece derusting, decontamination, remove oxidation skin, increase the adhesion of the coating.It can make aluminum workpiece remove oxidation skin, surface strengthening, glossy effect. It can make copper workpiece remove oxidation skin for achieving matte effect.
It can be used as solid coated abrasive tools, wetting or dry sand blast. It can be used as super fine grinding, polishing and making high-grade refractory materials for crystal, electronic industry.
It can be used for crystal frosting of glass products, matte effect of engraved plastic products, plush processing and effect pattern of denim and other special fabrics.
