1. Product Description of Ceramic Beads
Ceramic beads selects the high quality zircon sand as main material,then fused in arc furnace under high
temperature,finally made into different microbeads by special technology.
It has wide particle size from B20 to B505, It contains 60-66% ZrO2,7-13% Al2O3,25-30% SiO2,so it is
also called as zirconia beads or zirconia sand.
Ceramic Bead Blasting Media is one round and solid blasting meida,widely used in blasting applications,its dense crystal structure and
good Chemically inert and lower breakdown rate,makes it one ideal blasting media for metal surface.
It's more duarable and service life has been prolonged 20-30 times compared with glass beads. so it is
gradually replacing glass beads where one clean and bright working condition is required.
