1. Product Description of Synthetic Aluminum Oxide Black Emery
Black Aluminum Oxide belongs to the group of electric corundum,it selects the high alumina bauxite and high
iron bauxite and iron oxide as raw materials,then fused in electric furnace at high temperature,then crushed into
different grain size by roller crusher or barmac crusher.
It is widely used for making abrasives mixed with brown fused alumina in certain ratio,whileIt has the stable
chemical composition and stable crystallization,which offers stable performance compared with the second grade
brown fused alumina.

Black Aluminum Oxide fine grain is widely used for making various coated products such as emery cloth,sand
paper,then converted into final products for polishing purpose,especially for polishing stainless steel products,
black fused alumina is also used for making sponge blocks.
In addition,Black fused alumina is also used in the following applications of
Bonded abrasives:Resin cutting discs;
Polishing stainless steel tableware;
Sandblasting media for surface decontamination,pipeline cleaning,hull-rust and Jean cloth sandblasting;
