1. Product Description of Emery Powder Black Fused Alumina
Black Fused Alumina is also called as black emery powder,which belongs to the group of electric corundum,
it is produced by the high alumina bauxite, high iron bauxite or iron oxide scrap in an electric arc furnace under
high temperature.
Black Fused Alumina contains 60-85% alumina,it is one kind of abrasive specially made by human control,
which has the stable quality and performance compared with the second grade brown fused alumina.
The production process determines black aluminum oxide has the advantages of low power consumption and
little emission than that of brown aluminum oxide. It is one environment friendly abrasive.

3. Main Grinding & Polishing Application of Black Fused Alumina:
Firstly, black Fused Alumina can be used for polishing purpose.
The fine grain e.g.F #100 or the finer grains is used for sand blasting, grinding and polishing of various stainless
steel, ordinary steel, copper, aluminum, bamboo, glass and other workpieces.
Especially when polishing the treatment of stainless steel surface, it will achieve more prominent effect,
it will not easy to burn the treatment and get uniform color and good visual effect.
Secondly, Black Fused Alumina can be used for dual grinding and polishing purpose.
It could be mixed with other higher hardness and better wear resistance abrasives to make polishing wheels,
fiber wheels, abrasive belts, etc. Then it will achieve better polishing effect and higher cost performance compared
with the products made by single black aluminum oxide or purely other polished materials.
