High Hardness and low beads consumption
Blasting ceramic beads has high hardness,not easy to be broken in the peening process,people do
not need to refuel the beads frequently,it offers low energy consumption,its service life will be
prolonged 20-30 times compared with glass beads.
High Density
Zirconia Blasting Ceramic beads has higher density compared with glass beads,for same peening intensities,
its abrasive velocity will be reduced accordingly.
Superior blasting effect
Ceramic beads has lower breakdown rate,it wll achieve consistent blasting effect with lower surface
roughness.
No Ferrous contamination
Ceramic shot can be used in peening application to replace steel shot where no ferrous contamination
is not acceptable.
