Description of alumina ceramic sheet
Alumina wafer is one of the most popular ceramic wafers which has excellent heat resistance, high mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and small dielectric loss. The surface of the alumina wafer is quite smooth and without porosity, 99.6% alumina substrate is suitable for the thin-film device, 96% alumina substrate is suitable for thick film device application. We provide alumina ceramic wafer for a wide range of applications, including thin film and thick film microelectronic, high power and high-frequency circuit RF/microwave components and capacitor or resistor. The typical thickness we offer is 0.30mm, 0.4mm, 0.50mm, 1.0mm and so on.

The prime characteristics of the alumina ceramic wafer:
