Alumina ceramic plates can withstand various harsh conditions, like high temperature, strong acid/alkali environment, high wear resistance, high voltage, high voltage. So It's always used as a ceramic lining plate or washer in numerous of industry.

Generally, alumina ceramic plates are formed by tape casting, dry pressed or Isostatic pressed and sintered under high temperature to be a strong and dense ceramic part. We can produce different grades of materials to custom specifications by request, including 96%, 99% alumina, 99.5%, and 99.8% purity.
