Description of spray drying equipment:
Spray drying is the most widely used in liquid process shaping and drying industry. Principle of spray drying equipment:
Dry series Dryer series: After filtering and heating, air into the dryer on top of the air distributor, hot air spiraling evenly into the drying chamber. Material liquid via high-speed centrifugal atomizer, on top of the tower body (rotating) into a very fine mist spray liquid bead, contact with the hot air and flow, in a very short period of time can be dry for the finished product. Finished products continuously by drying the bottom and the output of the cyclone separator, exhaust fan emptying.
Features of spray drying equipment:

Special material for 40-60% moisture content (90%) of the liquid to a dry powder products, dried without crushing and screening, reduce the production process, improve product purity. To the product particle size, bulk density, moisture, within a certain range can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions, control and management is very convenient.
