Introduction:
100RV-SP submerged slurry pump The SP type submerged slurry pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump with the pump inlet vertically downward and the outlet vertically upward on the other side of the pump. The pump is mainly composed of lower filter screen, pump body, impeller, shaft, guard plate, bracket and other parts. The upper part of the pump has bearing support, the pump is installed under the liquid, and no shaft seal is required. The over-current component is wear-resistant material.
Advantages
1. Parts under the immersion liquid are covered with rubber, suitable for conveying abrasive pulp without edges and corners.
2. According to the level of the slurry pool, different lengths of pump drive shaft or suction pipe can be selected.
3. Using a variety of speeds and a variety of variants, the pump is operated under the best working conditions, long service life, high operating efficiency, and can meet many types of poor transportation conditions.
Maintenance
1) The suction pipe system of the pump is not allowed to leak. The inlet grille of the pump should meet the particle requirements that the pump can pass to avoid blockage caused by large granular materials or long fiber materials entering the pump.
2) It is necessary to replace the easy-loss parts in time, the repair and assembly should be correct, the gap adjustment should be reasonable, and there should be no close friction.
3) Bearing water pressure and water quantity should meet the requirements, adjust (or replace) the tightness of the packing at any time, and do not cause the shaft seal to leak. And replace the bushing in time.
4) When replacing the bearing, it is necessary to ensure that the bearing assembly is free of dust and the lubricating oil is clean. When the pump is running, the bearing temperature is generally not more than 60-650C, and the maximum is not more than 750C.
5) To ensure the coaxiality between the motor and the pump, ensure that the elastic pad in the coupling is complete and correct, and replace it in time after damage.
6) Ensure that the pump components and piping systems are installed correctly and securely.
