Bearing Assembly:
The slurry pump bearing assembly, also called the rotor assembly, belongs to the slurry pump accessory assembly and is an important component of the slurry pump. It is the transmission power unit.
The bearing assembly is used to connect the pump and the motor components to form a complete working system.
The stability of the slurry pump bearing assembly directly affects the operation and service life of the pump
The bearing assembly of the pump adopts a cylindrical structure, which is convenient for adjusting the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate, and can be completely removed during maintenance. The bearings are greased.
Precautions:
The slurry pump bearing assembly is the heart of the whole pump. Although the value is not large compared to the whole pump, if the installation does not meet the technical requirements, the normal use of the whole pump cannot be guaranteed, and the slurry pump is adversely affected. The operation of the slurry pump:
A. Improve operator responsibility and conduct appropriate technical training
B, make a corresponding operational process
C. The operator and the repairman cooperate well and do the use and maintenance of the slurry pump.
D, new pump or new bearing assembly, to observe the bearing temperature, to control the operation at normal temperature, can not run for too long at too high temperature, otherwise it will damage the bearing

4. Mating faces in hard metal liners are tapered to allow positive alignment during assembly and allow
com ponents to be easily removed or replacement.
