Structure features
1. Bearing assembly- large diameter shaft with short overhang contributes to long bearing life.
2. Liners – easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued to the casing for positive maintenance.
3. Casing – casing halves of cast or ductile iron provide high operating pressure capabilities.
4. Impeller – front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal
contamination.
5. Throat bush – wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered.

Application
The series of pump is widely used for conveying slurry containing solid particles in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries, such as hydraulic ash handling of electric plants, pulp conveyance of metallurgy and dressing plants, and coal paste and heavy medium conveyance of coal washeries. The maximum weight concentration of allowable conveyed slurry is: Mortar (slag) and coal paste 45%; ore pulp and heavy medium 60%.
