Introduction
Large Capacity Stainless Steel Single Suction Industrial Centrifugal Fan is a high efficiency and energy saving product developed by our company, which is used for ventilation and exhaust system of smelting, chemical, medicine and dust removal production lines.
In the coal-fired boiler system, the ventilation and induce draft systems of various boilers with evaporation capacity of 20 tons/hour to 800 tons/hour can be configured.
After annealed treatment, the internal stress of the structure generated during welding can be completely eliminated to ensure that the impeller will not creepage and crack.The impeller is subjected to a high standard of dynamic balancing adjusting to ensure stable operation of the fan.
After running test and vibration value detection, the operation is reliable.

5. The industrial centrifugal fan's bearing housing uses labyrinth mechanical seal, unique anti-leakage design inside, vent hole at the top, and sealing grease at the joint, completely eliminating the possibility of oil leakage in the bearing hosing.
