Introduction
The fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different belt pulley diameters to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and reduce energy waste.
The impeller is subjected to a high standard of dynamic balancing adjusting to ensure stable operation of the fan.
It has the characteristics of not easy dust accumulation and wear resistant, high efficiency and low noise. This series is a range of centrifugal fans with a wide range of performance.
Detail introduction
1. It can output higher outlet pressure and provide more gas flow at the same time, low noise.
2. The fan is integrated or split assembly.
3. For dusty gases, we are able to satisfy a wide range of conditions from a small amount of dust to a very high dust content, after special treatment, the surface hardness of the blade can reach HRC60~70, which can extend the life of the impeller more than 3 times.

Product Features
1. The fan pressure is high, therefore it is especially suitable for 1-20t/h industrial boilers, which equipped with spiral pipes and multi-tube dust collector.
2. The position of the air outlet of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the casing."Left" and "Right" can be made into different angles.
3. The fan has high efficiency, high total pressure, low noise, flat performance curve, wide economical use area, and adopts backward plate type blades. The efficiency of the fan at the best working point is 86.5%, and the noise index( than A sound Level) is Ls=11.5dB.

A: Air flow, total pressure or static pressure, inlet temperature, local voltage and frequency, Altitude etc.
If there is flammable and explosive gas, or big dust loading in the medium, please also inform the designer.
