Tungsten carbide plate is also known as cemented sheet, carbide sheet. It is one of many materials of cemented carbide and is named for its shape as a rectangular plate (or square).
The cemented carbide sheet is mainly made of metal WC tungsten carbide powder and Co cobalt mixed by metallurgical method by powdering, ball milling, pressing and low pressure sintering. The product has good compactness, no holes and no blisters, and high dimensional precision (blank tolerance control). In ±2.2～±2.2, the precision blank is controlled at ±0.01), the machining allowance is small, which can effectively improve your production efficiency and greatly reduce the processing cost.
