Working principle
The material in the silo enters the material guide trough through the connecting section and falls on the belt. When the belt is stationary, the material finally stops moving due to the internal friction, forming a static accumulation at a certain angle at the outlet; when the driving roller is in the driving device When it starts to rotate under the drive, the belt moves, and the belt drives the belt on it. The belt drives the material on the belt to the discharge port. The running belt turns back after the discharge port is unloaded. The discharge port is discharged to complete the feeding process; the sealing device provides sealing for the material leaking from the gap between the material guide groove and the tape; to change the feeding amount, the output shaft speed can be changed by adjusting the speed regulating handwheel of the reducer. The running speed of the belt can be achieved by adjusting the frequency of the inverter and changing the motor speed.
