XGZ Type Scraper Conveyor With Cast-Stone Liner For Conveying Bulk Materials
Product Description
Scraper conveyer with cast-stone liner, often referred to as XGZ type scraper conveyor, is mainly used for horizontal transportation, and also can be used for inclined transportation. It is mainly used for transportation of various materials with below 300mm particle size. It can be used for conveying materials of mine, metallurgy, coal mine and chemical industry that do not have too high requirement for water content. This kind of scraper conveyor is suitable for the working environment below 250℃. In the process of conveying, it is mainly divided into single layer and double layers conveying, and very convenient in the installation and maintenance, which helps to reduce the workload of the staff.
Main Features
1. Good wear resistance and long service life with the help of cast-stone liner. And the quenching process makes the service life of the chain to be more than five years.
2. Low energy consumption. With the aid of frictions between the materials ,the friction force can push the materials forward ,so the power can be saved 40% to 50% than screw conveyor.
3. Good tightness and safety. Reducing the materials to overflow.
4. Large throughput. Be up to 1000m3/h.
5. Reasonable arrangement process. Materials can be fed and discharged from many holes.
