Product Description
Trommel Screen is a very widely used machine in sorting technology. It is used to control the sorting of garbage by the particle size, and the sorting accuracy is high. The barrel of the drum screen is generally divided into several sections, depending on the specific situation, the screen holes are arranged from small to large, and the screen hole diameter on each section is the same.
The main structure of YTS cylinder rotary screen is sieving cylinder, which is composed of several circular screen, the whole body is slant on the ground. External is sealed by the cowling in order to avoid dust. The sieving cylinder rotates under certain speed driven by variable speed reducer. Through rolling, the materials are separated from top to bottom, and the fine material is discharged from the front and the block is discharged from bottom.

Working Principle
The roller device is installed on the rack at an angle. The motor is connected to the roller device via a reducer through a coupling, and drives the roller device to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the roller device, due to the inclination and rotation of the roller device, the material on the screen surface is turned and rolled, so that the qualified material (the product under the screen) is discharged through the outlet at the bottom of the rear end of the roller, and the unqualified material (screen Upper product) is discharged through the discharge port at the rear of the drum. Due to the turning and rolling of the materials in the drum, the materials stuck in the screen holes can be ejected to prevent the screen holes from being blocked. The principle structure of the roller screen sand machine, roller screener and roller screen is almost the same, but there are differences in people's understanding and terminology.

1. Used for grading large and small stones and separating soil and stone powder in the stone yard.
