Product Description
NSE series high speed chain bucket elevator is a kind of new vertical hosting equipment which is developed by our company through introducing the similar foreign products and advanced technologies. It is extensively used in transporting powdery and granular materials in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain storage, electric power and other industries.
Flow-through feeding: Materials flows into the hopper directly which does not need to excavate materials,so it can reduce mechanical wear. Materials are completely and uniformly taken, that avoid material storage at the bottom. It has great advantages in conveying powdery, granular materials and highly polished materials.
Features
1. Large conveying capacity: This series of elevator has the largest conveying capacity of its kind in China, with the conveying capacity of 70-2000m3 /h.
2. Low Drive Power: Due to the influence of materials feeding, induced unloading, large capacity hopper arrangement density and other factors, there is no material return or material excavation during lifting, so the reactive power is small. It can save 30% energy than ring chain bucket elevator.
3. Long Service Life: Elevator adopts flow-through feeding, so it’s unnecessary to excavate materials with hopper. Avoid any squeeze or collision phenomenon between materials. A little sprinkle at the time of feeding, elevating and unloading is guaranteed in design of the elevator, which reduces mechanical wear. High strength and wear resistant conveying chain is used in board chain, which greatly prolong service life of chain and bucket. In normal, the service life of conveying chain is more than 3 years.
4. Higher Lifting Height: This series of hoist has no hopper to excavate materials, it runs stably,and is controlled by high strength plate chain, and has high lifting height. Its rated conveying capacity can not be lifted more than 55 meters.
5. Wide Lifting Range: The kind of elevators has a few requirements for categories and features of materials. It can be used to lift powdery and granular materials as well as materials with high abrasiveness and temperature of no lower than 200℃.
6. Good Operational Reliability: Advanced design principles and machining method ensures the reliable operation of the entire conveyor. It has advantages of easy operation and convenient maintenance, and less vulnerable parts. Moreover, mean time to failure is more than 20,000 hours.
7. Good Structure Rigidity and High Precision: The casing has high rigidity and beautiful appearance after being subject to edge-fold, middle belling, and welding.
8. Sealing Well: Low environmental pollution.
9. Low Comprehensive Cost: It has low cost of use because of energy savings and less maintenance.
