Product Description
Belt feeder is a coal feeding equipment developed by our factory for the coal mine industry. The belt feeder can be widely used in bulk material transportation systems in coal, metallurgy, construction, chemical industry and other industries. It adopts the principle of belt conveyor. The transmission power is a combined stepless speed reducer motor. Its belt speed can be adjusted arbitrarily by manual or frequency converter as needed.

Product Structure
The connecting section is installed at the mouth of the silo, and a material guide groove is installed below it, and a belt feeding device is installed under the material guide groove; the belt feeding device is composed of a driving roller, a buffer roller and a bracket, a redirecting roller, and a belt , Belt, tensioning device and other parts; the driving device is composed of a motor and an infinitely variable speed reducer, and drives the driving roller through a chain drive; the driving device and the belt feeding device are both installed on the base frame and can be adjusted in position; A maintenance gate mechanism is installed on the upper part of the material guide trough to realize the opening and closing of the feeding port during maintenance and inspection.
Main Features
1. The equipment runs stably and reliably, with low operating power and low energy consumption, but the feeding amount is relatively large, which can reach several thousand tons per hour on average, with high efficiency and stability, and good economic performance.
2. The noise produced by the belt feeder is relatively small, the material is fed in the sealing device, and the input cost is low. It is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly equipment.
3. When adjusting the speed of the equipment, manual or electrical stepless speed regulation can be used. According to different requirements of customers, the feeding amount and running speed can be adjusted to realize remote control operation in an all-round way.
4. The equipment is a very versatile and extremely strong equipment. The universal parts account for more than 90%. It is easy to install and maintain. The wear of each accessory is small and the amount of maintenance is small.
5. The bottom of the silo is provided with multiple sets of buffer rollers, which enhances the impact resistance, effectively protects the belt from wear, and has a long service life.
