"Pengfei" brand ball mill takes full account of the operating conditions of users, improves the internal conditions of the mill continuously according to the partition plate and discharge grate plate, provides new liner plate as required, adjusts the mill speed, optimizes the gear design and bearing pad lubrication parameters, increases the stability and service life of the mill, and improves the grinding efficiency. Autogenous tumbling mill, also known as media free ore mill. According to the working conditions, it can be divided into dry self grinder and wet self grinder. The working principle of the self grinder is different from that of the ball mill. The diameter of the self grinder cylinder is larger, and the grinding medium such as steel ball is not used. The crushed material itself is used as the medium to impact each other in the cylinder to achieve the purpose of grinding. A small amount of steel balls can also be added to the autogenous mill to improve the treatment capacity, which usually only accounts for 2-3% of the effective volume. The ore that can be processed by autogenous mill includes asbestos, iron ore, copper ore, limestone, gold ore, lithium ore, manganese ore and other non-ferrous metal minerals. The biggest characteristic of autogenous mill is large crushing ratio. The autogenous mill has two functions of crushing and grinding. The autogenous mill can directly add the raw ore or the uncrushed ore in the quarry to the autogenous mill. It can grind the material to 0.074mm at one time, which accounts for more than 20% ~ 50% of the total product. The crushing ratio can reach 4000 ~ 5000, which is more than ten times higher than the efficiency of the ball mill and the rod mill. According to the grinding process and whether to add ball or not, the autogenous mill is divided into autogenous mill and semiautogenous mill. According to the different structure and method of autogenous mill, autogenous mill can be divided into dry autogenous mill and wet autogenous mill.
