Ti-rich Special Steel ART310 Underground Wastewater Storage Tanks With AWWA D103-09 Standards
Glass fused to steel underground wastewater storage tank is a tank with excellent corrosion resistance, easy construction, service life is more than 30 years, which is different from the traditional tanks like a concrete tank. For a concrete tanks, the construction time is very long and the maintenance cost is very high, once install the volume can’t be changed. All our underground wastewater storage tanks engineering design meet or exceed AWWA D103-09 and EN/ISO28765:2011, and our underground wastewater storage tank engineers make tank engineering calculation on each specific underground wastewater storage tank structure according to project local environmental conditions, such as snow load, wind speed, seismic zone etc., to make sure the tank structure's adequate security in long-term service life.
We produce the glass fused to steel tank with the ART 310 enamel special steel sheet, and it’s surface fused with enamel frit. Enamel frit is the material similar with the glass, so the acid and alkali proof is very good. Fused these two materials into the high temperature in the high temperature, the result is made these two materials into a single composite material.

To improve the steel quality performance after enameling, we developed special steel ART310 with Angang Steel Group in 2005.
