The exposed areas become receptive to ink, while the unexposed areas remain hydrophilic, repelling ink.
The ink adheres to the exposed areas, while the non-image areas remain free of ink. This process eliminates the need for chemical processing, making DOP CTP plates a sustainable option that reduces the environmental impact of the printing process.
