Diamond cutting wheel is a super-hard cutting tool made of diamond particles as abrasives and consolidated by electroplating. With the extremely high hardness and wear resistance of diamond, it can efficiently cut high-hardness materials such as stone, concrete, ceramics, glass, semiconductors, and cemented carbide. Its design takes into account both cutting efficiency and precision, and is widely used in construction, stone processing, electronic manufacturing, automotive industry and other fields.
Grinding characteristics of electroplating method: high efficiency, good grinding performance,  rough finishing surface, ease manufacturing of difficult and minimum type wheel.

Precautions for use:

Equipment matching: Make sure that the power of the cutting machine matches the specifications of the cutting wheel. Overspeed is strictly prohibited.
Cooling measures: Choose a heat dissipation design cutting wheel for dry cutting; continuous water supply cooling for wet cutting to increase life.
Safety protection: Wear goggles and gloves during operation to ensure that the workpiece is fixed firmly.
Regular inspection: Check whether the cutting wheel is damaged before use, and replace it in time if it is severely worn.

Packing and Shipping:

Electroplated diamond grinding wheels are carefully packaged for shipment. Each wheel is placed in a plastic bag and wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent it from being scratched or damaged during transit. The package is then placed in a cardboard box and taped securely.
