1. Descriptions:
Carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl guar gum is an anionic guar derivative used as a crosslinking agent to suspend proppant in hydraulic fracturing fluids used in oil and gas extraction.
Used mostly as gellants in fracturing fluids, guar derivative can be cross-linked with a number of transitional metal ions, as well as borates. Once cross-linked, guar offers excellent carrying capacity to support proppants used in the hydraulic fracturing process.
This product has more excellent transparency, thickening, viscosity and stability properties, and is used in oilfield fracturing fluids. It has the characteristics of higher water solubility, high elasticity, high suspension sand, low usage, low base fluid viscosity, low damage and low friction coefficient. Biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
