The traditional method is to analyze the temperature field and stiffness of the piston, use the finite element method and draw a piston profile based on experience, then load the obtained test samples into the engine for piston wear test, and observe the wear marks on the piston and cylinder liner. After successive approximation, the best piston profile can be determined.
