C: Anti-blocking performance
(1) Under the same reactor cross-section and catalyst pitch, the flow area of plate is over 85%, and that of honeycomb and corrugated plate is about 80%.
(2) Under the same design conditions, the anti-blocking effect of honeycomb catalyst with large pitch can be close to that of plate catalyst.
(3) Structural characteristics: the number of included angles on the wall of the plate is the least, and the circulation area is the largest, which is the least likely to block ash; The honeycomb catalyst flow area is average, but the included angle of each catalyst wall is 90 right angle, which is easy to produce ash bridging and cause catalyst blockage in severe flue gas conditions; Corrugated plate catalyst has a common cross-sectional flow area, but its wall angle is small and its quantity is relatively large, which is the most prone to dust deposition among the three structures, but its anti-poisoning performance and anti-sulfur dioxide oxidation performance are the strongest.
