1. How many types of furnace?
Single body furnace, double body furnace,3-body furnace,4-body furnace and 5-body furnace. And different capacity can use different furnace. Sometimes, we may refer to client’s request.
2. What's the main technology process of upcasting machine?
The upcasting line (unit for shot as here below) is used to produce the long and bright oxygen-free copper rod. The induction melting furnace melt the copper cathode into liquid, the liquid keeps off the air by charcoal or graphite flake in case of be oxidation. The holding furnace keeps the copper liquid temperature in 1150℃آ±10℃, the casting machine crystallizes the copper liquid in crystallizer quickly, then continuously produces copper rod, then the final product will be finished through the double head take up machine and other accessory equipment.
3. How many features of upcasting machine?
1. Energy-efficient furnace,high-efficient of melting,long working life,a better heating preservation effect.
2. Coil current have warning function,to avoid the stoppage of copper channel.
