Different section need special machine to make, present system can not process special ally machine and so on, meanwhile,big transmission cases drive some frames to work but excessive current will waste more resources. Transmission system in cases will happen to abrasion when it has ling time to work, in the process, it may have some problems for instability, push and pull to influence product quality. Besides, process device and mechanism are setting not reasonably. It may take a lot of time and increase worker’s diffculties to change the roller. We need to reform and innovate available equipment because it will not meet modem enterprise’s requirements, from the market survey and demand, we haven’t have this practical application.in order to meet the demand of market, we must develop a mental machine system with multifunctional and small cross section.

3. The difficult of solving these problems is :how to make sure each stand is sync when roll different material and different hole size.

The unit is used for copper rod cold rolling. Through cold rolling, the mechanical behavior can be raised and the defects from casting can be also fetched up. The producing capacity is 2.5ton / hour when roll from Φ14.4mm to Φ8mm.

Rollers of each rolling stand are driven by separate inverter motor. When the shape of the pass and rotating speed of each pass stand roller are changed at the same time, each stand can operate asynchronously. Processing rollers can change the shape of the pass, and the gear ratio of each stand roller can be set on the touch screen. So on the premise of meeting the stand strength, 2-roller copper rod cold rolling mill can roll different dimensions of copper rod and also roll other materials.

E.g. The common rolling specification is Φ17mm to Φ8mm and Φ20mm to Φ8mm. But when the shape of the pass and the gear ratio are changed, this machine can also roll Φ12.5mm copper rod to Φ6.8mm, or Φ8mm to Φ4mm.
