CF8/CF8M Casting Female NPT Water Pipe Thread SS Y Strainers

1. SS Y Strainers is an indispensable filtering device in the pipeline system of conveying medium.

2. SS Y Strainers is usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, constant water level valve or other equipment to remove impurities in the medium and protect the normal use of valve and equipment.

3. The SS Y Strainers has the advantages of advanced structure, small resistance and convenient discharge.

4. The applicable medium of SS Y Strainers can be water, oil and gas. Generally, the water supply screen is 18 ~ 30 mesh, the ventilation screen is 10 ~ 100 mesh, and the oil supply screen is 100 ~ 480 mesh.

5. Basket SS Y Strainers is mainly composed of connecting pipe, main pipe, SS Y Strainers basket, flange, flange cover and fastener. When the liquid enters the SS Y Strainers basket through the main pipe, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the SS Y Strainers basket, and the clean fluid is discharged through the SS Y Strainers basket and the outlet of the SS Y Strainers.

2. Filtration accuracy: 10-480 mesh (generally, the water net is 18-30 mesh / cm2, the ventilation net is 40-100 mesh / cm2, and the oil net is 100-480 mesh / cm2) ；

4. Nominal diameter: dn25-dn600mm;

5. Nominal pressure: PN ≤ 1.6Mpa (other working pressures can be designed according to user's requirements);

6. Flange standard: JB / T 79 pn1.6 (can also be manufactured according to user's requirements);

8. Sealing materials: PTFE, NBR, oil resistant asbestos rubber, EPDM
