1. SS Y Strainers is an indispensable filtering device in the pipeline system of conveying medium.
2. The SS Y Strainers has the advantages of advanced structure, small resistance and convenient discharge. The applicable medium of SS Y Strainers can be water, oil and gas.
3. Generally, the water supply screen is 18 ~ 30 mesh, the ventilation screen is 10 ~ 100 mesh, and the oil supply screen is 100 ~ 480 mesh.
4. Basket SS Y Strainers is mainly composed of connecting pipe, main pipe, SS Y Strainers basket, flange, flange cover and fastener. When the liquid enters the SS Y Strainers basket through the main pipe, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the SS Y Strainers basket, and the clean fluid is discharged through the SS Y Strainers basket and the outlet of the SS Y Strainers.
5. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electric controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and drive motor, causing the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the SS Y Strainers element, and the control valve is opened to drain.
6. After the installation of the equipment, the technical personnel will carry out the debugging, set the filtration time and cleaning conversion time, the water to be treated will enter the machine body from the water inlet, and the SS Y Strainers will start to work normally.
