1. 1PC ball valve ' s material is stainless steel 304 / 316 , use investment castng method, the 1PC ball valve is thread type, can machining PT,NPT,BSP,G thread type,this type of 1PC ball valve is with locking.
2. 1PC ball valve are durable, performing well after many cycles, and reliable, closing securely even after long periods of disuse. These qualities make them an excellent choice for shutoff applications, where they are often preferred to gate and globe valves, but they lack their fine control in throttling applications.
3. Application, can be divided into: high pressure 1PC ball valve and low pressure 1PC ball valve,High pressure 1PC ball valve: mainly used in oil, natural gas, hydraulic oil, construction machinery and other industries.Low pressure 1PC ball valve: mainly used in the medium of water and other non corrosive pipeline.
The working principle of 1PC ball valve is as follows:
Opening process
1. In the closed position, the ball is pressed against the valve seat by the mechanical pressure of the stem.
2. When the handwheel is turned counterclockwise, the 1PC ball valve stem will move in the opposite direction, and the angular plane at the bottom will make the ball break away from the valve seat.
3. The valve stem continues to lift and interacts with the guide pin in the spiral groove of the valve stem to make the ball start to rotate without friction.
4. Until it reaches the full open position, the valve stem is lifted to the limit position, and the ball rotates to the full open position.
Closing process
1. Close, clockwise rotation handle, stem began to fall and make the ball away from the seat began to rotate.
2. Continue to rotate the handwheel, and the valve stem is acted by the guide pin embedded in the spiral groove, which makes the valve stem and the ball rotate 90 ° at the same time.
3. Close, the ball has no contact with the seat in the case of rotation of 90 degrees.
4. In the last few turns of the hand wheel, the angular plane at the bottom of the valve stem is mechanically wedged to compress the ball, so that it is tightly pressed on the valve seat to achieve complete sealing.
