The CASISolar‘s 12v 150ah Agm Deep Cycle Battery Adopts high purity raw materials and strict process control to ensure the consistency of the products. The weight and volume are high, the internal resistance is small, and the output power is high.

The 12v 150ah Agm Deep Cycle Battery is designed for frequent use of cyclic discharge and has a special plat grid alloy and a good plate formula so that the cycle life of the battery is more than 30% higher than the general lead-acid batteries.

	Purest lead ingot     Lead ingot: Pb-1 Lead content ≥ 99.994%
Electrolyte   The electrolyte of Casisolar’s gel battery use patented formula and the main component of nano-gelled imported from German, which has the consistency and appearance of petroleum jelly. Nano gel helps batteries have stable performance at high and low temperature and 5 years longer than AGM battery.
	Plate   The plate of Casisolar’s gel battery is usually thicker, pasted flat type with patent formula ensure stronger ability to recover from deep discharging. This also do a great help of batteries service for two years longer.
Grid Casisolar’s gel battery use special design of radioactive grid structure, lead-tin alloy helps greater ability of anti-corrosion. This help our batteries service two years longer and other gel. Batteries..
	Separator   You will always find that the separator in our batteries are in double quantity, the material should be updated long and superfine fiber separator with higher absorptive and lower resistance, which helps batteries service longer.

NOTE

· We recommend only using consistent battery types. DO NOT mix new and used batteries together as it will reduce overall performance .

· To avoid cycle-life shortening, we recommend not discharging the battery below 40%.

· It is highly recommended to use a battery balancer to extend the battery service life when multiple batteries are connected in series and/or in parallel.

· We highly recommend installing the battery upright. It is allowed to install the battery on its side only if there are special reasons for doing so.

FAQ

1. How many life cycles does this GEL battery have?

This CASISolar 12v 150ah Agm Deep Cycle Battery enables more than 1000 charge/discharge cycles at 50% DOD (Depth of Discharge) in cyclic applications.

2. Will the battery come with the terminals? And if not, what's the size of the connector terminals?

Yes, it comes with two copper screw terminals. The size is M8 x 1.25 x 16 mm.

3. Can your gel battery be charged by e-bike charger with AC?

Depends. The charging current should be less than 0.25C10. For example 25A is the max for 12V100AH battery. So only chargers within the permissible voltage range can be used.

4. How to properly store the Gel battery?

Store it in a dry and cool place at -30℃~50℃. Charge it to full before delivery and recharge after three months.

5. How can I fix this GEL battery if I over discharged it?

It can be restored to normal voltage and continues to operate normally through low-current charging. Please note that frequent over-discharge may cause irreversible damage to the battery's life. 6. What is the maximum charge current? Optimal charge current?

The max charge current for this battery is 60A. The optimal charge current should be based on whatever the charge controller will give it as the optimal charges based on the current level of the battery. An intelligent battery charger or solar charger will take care of the optimal charge for the battery.

7. Is this battery suitable for service indoors in a living/working area?

Yes, it is. This 12v 150ah Agm Deep Cycle Battery is suitable for on-grid and off-grid applications so that you can use it on your marine, RV/Van, off-grid, home backup power supplies, emergency power systems, medical devices, and more. Unlike a Flooded battery, it does not generate any toxic hydrogen gas during working, so it's a safer and cleaner battery. You can use it in a living/working area without any worries.

8. Can I connect batteries in series and in parallel?

Yes, you can. The maximum number that can be connected in parallel is 4. As for in series, there is no limitations. We recommend connecting batteries with the same voltage and capacity from the same brand. And we also recommend using a battery balancer to extend the battery service life when multiple batteries are connected in series and/or in parallel.
