Paper Feeding, Folding Gluing Unit :
1.The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, the system is noiseless, and the speed regulation is flexible and stable. 2.Adopting belt suction and paper feeding method, 8 wind boxes can adjust the air volume arbitrarily, so that the paper feeding is accurate and reliable. 3. Adopt high-end electromagnetic clutch brake system, so that the paper feeding part can be controlled separately, and the operation is simple and convenient. 4.The front baffle and paper feeding belt of the paper feeding section can be adjusted from left to right, and the front paper feeding section can be adjusted electrically, which is convenient and quick to meet the paper feeding requirements of cartons of various specifications. 5.The eccentric wheel adjusts the gap, which is suitable for cardboard with multiple specifications and thickness. Folding Unit :
1. Linked with paper feeding department, frequency conversion speed regulation. 2. Imported high-friction belts and timing belts are used to transport the cardboard, which automatically folds, effectively avoiding the shearing phenomenon caused by the different thickness of the cardboard or the different tightness of the belts on both sides. 3. The folding part is equipped with a cardboard correction device, an indentation correction device, and a snap correction device, which can effectively compensate and correct the phenomenon that the fold line is not in place during the grooving process and avoid the occurrence of scissors. 4. Adopt the vacuum suction method to feed the paper to ensure that the cardboard is neatly fed and not skewed 5. The folding speed is 130m/min.6. The folding beam has a four-point pneumatic locking mechanism to ensure stable operation of the folding beam.
Pre-folding Unit :
Using patented technology Mitsubishi servo motor and timing belt to drive three clappers, to achieve the same paper correction device for chasing shots, minimize the damage of the cardboard, perform secondary compensation and correct the phenomenon of not in place, eliminate the scissors mouth, and make the nail box more perfect. Main motor Japan Mitsubishi servo motor. The paper conveying belt adopts the famous domestic brand belt. Stitching Unit :

Counting&Delivery Unit :
