Machine Introduction of Flexo Printing Machine
The fixed unit of each unit adopts vacuum adsorption type conveying device, the printing unit adopts servo control for color register, and optional infrared (IR) or ultraviolet (UV) drying device to realize high dot precision printing; the whole machine adopts touch screen PLC control, optional It can store and recall the order data without stopping the machine to change the version. Paper feeding unit: Originally imported from the latest leading edge paper feeding platform of American Sun Company, paper feeding is stable and fast
Printing unit: quick plate change (optional non-stop plate change), imported brand squeegee ink supply system
Coating unit: UV varnish or water-based varnish can be selected during production
Double breaking wheel grooving unit: adopts large crimping structure to make crimping effect more perfect; multiple crimping, precise grooving
Die-cutting unit: Servo motor drive, effectively reducing the vibration to the printing unit, making printing more accurate
