1.Function& Characteristics:
The whole machine electrical appliances and computer software are all adopted international brands, stable and reliable quality. Man-machine interface, multi-touch screen control, computer order management, easy to operate, faster order change. (One-button order change system, no need to store order, easy and quick operation).
The wall panel and important parts of the whole machine adopt aging treatment and temper to eliminate the internal stress of metal. All adopt high precision machining center production, wall board thickness of 50mm.
The shaft and roller of the whole machine are made of high-quality steel, grinding, balance correction, hard chrome plating on the surface.
The Driven gear of the whole machine is made of 20CrMnTi material with grinding teeth and thickness of 50mm.
he driven part (the joints between the axis and gears) is adopting the keyless connection (expansion sleeve) to eliminate the connection clearance. It is suitable for high-speed operation with low noise.
The whole machine drive bearings and important drive parts are adopted international brand bearings with longer service life and the printing cylinder can be lateral displacement by electricity.

2. Appliance Unit
1>Paper feeding unit
-Lead-edge feeding system
The lead-edge feeder is to increase the accuracy of feeding by increasing the air volume; keeping high speed and low speed paper feeding accuracy.
Adopts the subsection mode to adjust the airflow and the size of the pressed cardboard.
Positioning by the front baffle to reduce the feeding error, and improve the accuracy of feeding, printing, and die-cutting.
he lateral movement of the baffles makes the cardboard flat, controlled by a motor.
he rear bracket of the cardboard moved back and forth, controlled by a motor.
The clearance between the cardboard and front baffle can be adjusted manual synchronizing.
Skip and serial paper feeding can be optional (according to the requirements of the customer).
-Upper and lower feeding roller
The surface of the upper feeding roller is covered with the wear-resisting nitrile butadiene rubber to correct the balance.
The surface of the lower feeding roller is embossed with hard chrome plating.
The paper feeding pressure roller adopts a self-locking mechanism to adjust the clearance, and the adjusting range is 0-11mm.
The power transmission of the pressure roller adopts Oldham’s coupling to reduce the attrition and balance the transmission.
- Machine Separation&Combination
The machine separation& and combination equipped with alert alarm to ensure the safety of the operator, keep ringing the alarm bell while walking, to ensure the operator’s safety.
Walking shaft with frictional clutch, avoid the machine damaged by misoperation.
The main motor start is equipped with a protective device (unable to start without locking the machine).
The paper feeding unit autozero by electrodynamic mode.
Equipped with the auto zeroing device, only takes 1 or 2 pieces of cardboard for testing and the cardboard will be adjusted to the right position, which reduces the waste of the cardboard.
2> Printing Unit
- Plate Cylinder
Plate Cylinder is made of high- quality steel with surface grinding and hard chrome plating.
Balance correction to ensure the stability of operation.
Scroll hanging version adopts a side-to-side locking device to ensure the counterpoint of the printing plate is more accurately.
The plate grooves on the cylinder are suitable for a printing plate with a thickness of 9 mm.
Assemble and unassemble the printing plate with the pedal switches to control plate cylinder positive or reversing rotation.
- Impression cylinder
High-quality steel with surface grounded and hard chrome plating.
Correction in dynamic balance makes operation more stable.
Adopts a self-locking mechanism to adjust the clearance, the adjusting range is 0- 8mm.
-Metallic anilox roll
The mesh count of the anilox is designed by the requirement of the customer (selected Ceramic anilox roller when it is more than 250 μm).
With an advanced chrome-plating process, the surface of the steel is hard, smooth and wear-resistant.
The anilox cell is the same size, which makes the ink evenly.
Prolongs the service life of the printing plate and the rubber roller.
Adopts a self-locking mechanism to adjust the clearance, the adjusting range is 0- 8mm.
-Rubber roller
The rubber roller is wrapped with wear-resistant rubber and parabolic in shape, in which the middle part is higher to make the ink distribution evenly. Made of NBR rubber, the degree of Shore hardness is over 60 HA. The rubber roller with specially polished, which shows excellent performance on ink distribution. When the main motor is stopped, the rubber roll will continue to distribute the ink evenly, controlled by a motor-generator;
Adopts a self-lock mechanism to adjust the clearance, the adjusting range is 0- 8mm;
-Phase Adjustment Mechanism
Made with the structure of Planetary gear trains.
The printed phase can be adjusted to 360 degrees during operation and halt. Controlled by a Digital computer.
The lateral movement of the printing cylinder is controlled by electricity, the adjusting range is ±5mm.
The phase adjustment of the plate cylinder is controlled by electricity, which the speed of returning to zero and exchanging plates is faster with higher precision.
-Guide roller
The upper roll and the lower roll paper feeding and the guide roller on the bottom is coated with hard chrome plating.
Adopts a self-locking mechanism to adjust the clearance, the adjusting range is 0-11mm.
- Ink circulation system
The pneumatic diaphragm pump makes the ink supply stable and easy to maintain
Ink mesh filter to filter out impurities, and guarantee printing quality.
The ink monitor system makes an alert when the volume of the ink is lacking.
-Printed phase Fixing Device
The Pneumatic brake mechanism makes the gears hold on to the original position by restricting the rotation of the gears when the unit is separated adjust phase or cleaning.
3>Slotting unit

The tool apron of slotting and the lateral movement of the creasing roller are adjusted synchronously by inputting the size of the box to the touch screen of the PLC.
The Slotted cutter head adopts five blades, ten ball screw adjustment, linear guide rail positioning, steering gear and coupling link the upper and lower cutter head, to ensure the precision of cardboard size adjustment, to ensure zero error.
The thickness of the cutter head is 185mm, which can ensure smooth adjustment and movement.
The slotted cutter head adopts the double-fork structure, which can reduce the width and length of the slotting, the straight blade is 120x120x120x120 and the set blade is 190x50x190x50 (mm)
The clearance of the creasing lines can be adjusted by self-locking structure, and the adjustment range is 0-12mm.
Anti-collision protection device is installed for high adjustment and transverse adjustment of slotted cutter box.
The grooving blades are made of alloy with a width of 7 mm. Tempering, grinding and serrated edges; the trimming blades with the sharp edges.
4>Die-cutting Unit
- Rubber cylinder (Hot Coil Tempering)

-Lifting Platform
Powerful chain transmission.
The stacking height is 1600mm.

- Paper receiving baffle
Air pressure act on the paper receiving pallet, when the stacking height goes to a certain position, the pallet will stretch and catch the paper.
The position of the tailgate can be adjusted manually.
