Functions and Features:

Paper Feeder Unit:

1. Machine Separation & Combination

• suction paper feeding, the power of the fan motor is 7.5KW. which can adjust the airflow according to the curving degree of the pressed cardboard to ensure a smooth paper supply. (The Valve adjusts air volume)
• The slotted part is equipped with a chain control switch to control the urgent stop feeding paper
• Lift and drop the paper by using the cylinder to drive, which is efficient and power-saving
• Adjusting The position of the side baffle and backstop box by electricity, and the clearance of the front baffle is adjusted by manual.
• The main computer screen displays the quantity of the paper, the order setting and the number of productions.

3. Dust removal device

• Equipped with a powerful vacuum suction dedusting fan machine, the dedusting brush cleans the dust and waste on the carboard, to increase the quality of the print.

4. Paper feeding roll

• the outer diameter is ￠106㎜,
• made of 45# steel, which is wrapped with resistant rubber. Dynamic balance correction;
• The bottom paper guiding roll ￠140mm, Embossed and hard chrome plating;
• The clearance between Paper feeding rolls is adjusted by the worm box, and the adjusting range is 0-12mm.

5. Clearing device

Printing unit:

1. Printing cylinder

2. Printing pressure roller

3. The upper and bottom feeding rollers

• The outer diameter of The bottom roller is ￠136㎜ ; made of steel tube with the surface ground and hard chromium plating;
• Adjusting The clearance between the paper feeding rollers by the worm box, and the adjusting range is 0-12mm.

4. Steel anilox roller

• Made of 45# steel tube with inside aging treatment, the Physical properties are consistent. the outer diameter 156mm;
• made of steel tube with the surface ground and hard chromium plating;
• Dynamic balance correction to ensure the stability of operation;
• The number of mesh is 220/250 mesh (according to the request of the customer)
• Keep the same pace with the paper feeding system by using a pneumatic auto-lifting device. ( the position of the anilox roller goes down to touch the printing plate when the paper is feeding; the anilox roller goes up when the feeding is stopped)
• The anilox roller is equipped with a wedge-type overrunning clutch, which makes the ink distribution and cleaning easier.

5. Rubber roller

• Made of #45 steel tube, the outer diameter is 140mm;
• The surface of the steel tube is wrapped with resistant rubber, and dynamic balance correction;
• With the Parabolic design, the rubber roller has great performance on ink distribution.

6. Phase Adjusting Mechanism

• Made with the structure of Planetary gear trains;
• The printed phase can be adjusted to 360 degrees during operation and halt. Digitally Controlled by a phaser;
• Adjusting the lateral position manually, and the adjusting range is 12mm;
• Automatic reset after cleaning the plate during the printed process.

7. Ink circulation system

• pneumatic diaphragm pump makes the ink supply stable and easy to maintain;

• Filter mesh to catch the impurities, and guarantee printing quality.

Slotting unit

• Slotting cutter Spindle adopts thick-walled and seamless steel tube, which is ground and hard chroming plating; and dynamic balance correction, stable operation;
