Main Features:

Man-machine interface-PLC controller, this robot operating system is more humanized. Quick settings and order changes in seconds are shortened the time of adjustment for the machine.

Manual/auto feeder is available;
Pre-pressing roller, slitting blade holder, and scoring wheel can be auto-adjusted separately;
Grinding knives can be manual or auto.
The thickness and pressure of the Cardboard can be auto-adjusted.
Jog model for fine adjustment;
The distance between blades and scorers is user-defined;
Auto-counting
The precision of slitting and scoring is ±0.5mm;
Compare to a normal slitter scorer, this machine shortened the time of order changes by about 250 minutes, which the changing time is in 1-30 seconds. It is easy to operate without training.

Automatic thin blade slitter scorer function introduction:

Man-machine interface-PLC controller, slitting blade row with single servo motor controlled. The speed of the auto-production schedule is 1-20 seconds, and the error of precision is ±1.5mm;
The worker can operate the machine easily without any technical skill training;
Slitting part: adopting high-quality tungsten steel blade with long service life to avoid the incisions of the cardboard from fracturing and burr.
Both sides of the thin blade adopt rubber wheels to press the cardboard during slitting for avoiding the cardboard off track, straightness errors and without press line.
The grinding device adopts two ways of pneumatic grinding, which are auto and manual. To improve the working efficiency, the blades could be slitting and grinding at the same time.
The components of the machine are adopted from some reliable brands with good quality.
This machine can store 999-unit orders, changing orders without downtime.
