1, International famous-brand electric parts and computer software are used in the whole machine of stable and reliable quality,in the human-computer interface where zeroing can be adjusted at one time with automatic memory reposition.
2, The whole machine baffle and key parts are all treated by tempering to decrease the metal internal force and all made in the high-precision processing centre and grinded by the numeric-controlled grinder.
3, All the axles and rollers of the whole machine are made of high-quality steel and treated by tempering and grinding followed by high-precision computer dynamic balance rectification. They are all plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
4, All transmission gears are made by 20CrMnTi alloy steel, which is grinded after heat-treatment, rigidity HRC58-62,and which is made by rubbing,6 grade precision to maintain high topping precision after long using.

Function of Feeding Department:
●Electrically controlled the connecting and separated for the even/ unit with alarm to ensure the operator safety during its proceeding.
●The left and right baffle,kick feeding,back baffle was adopted electric adjustment;
●Brush and the top suction device at the inlet which can clear away the impurity from the paper face to improve the printing quality;
●Mainframe was controlled by the frequency conversion ,start-up and running steady,which can save the power about the 30%;
●Infrared photoelectricity counter can presetting the order paper quantity;
●One lock function for whole machine ,which can avoid the damaged the machine with error operation (Main motor start running ,every unit will be lock automatic);
●Pressure model elasticity feeding rubber roller,which can not to damaged the strength for corrugated cardboard;
●Option: outside baffle add the flap function,which made the cardboard orientation more exact,avoid to waste.
