HY104A Multi-functional Digital Sound Level Meter for Comprehensive Analysis and inspection sound level
Digital Sound Level Meter Type HY104A is designed to measure A-weighting and C-weighting sound pressure level. It meets the requirements of IEC 61672 for Class 2 and IEC 60651 for Type 2 sound level meters. It is suitable for use in field measurements of the sound coming from mechanical and electrical products, environmental noise and traffic noise.
The HY104A uses a prepolarized condenser microphone cartridge, high quality operational amplifier and large scale integrated digital circuit. That gives it the advantages of wide dynamic range, stable performance, ease of use etc. Digital output that gives it 0.1dB resolution totally eliminating reading error. Powered from built in batteries, the sound level meter design is small, lightweight easily operated and carried.

Maintenance and servicing:
1. After the product is used for three months, please disassemble the platform panel and add calcium-base lubrication grease to the guide seat with a pressure rod type oil gun to lubricate the guide sleeve and guide pillar. And also check if the fastening bolts of guide seat and oil cylinder etc. components are loose.
2. Please check the oil level in the oil tank of hydraulic station. Add N46 engine oil (old standard is 30# engine oil) if the oil volume is insufficient.
3. In case the oil pipe of hydraulic system is broken and the oil sprays outside, please stop the operation immediately and carry out maintenance. Do not block the broken place with hands. Otherwise the high pressure oil may injure persons.
