Working principle of urea pump: pre-injection stage
Pre-injection stage: the motor rotates to establish the pressure of urea solution.
Open the nozzle several times to drain the gas.
Pressure reaches 8-9 bar.
The preinjection time is generally 30s-1min.
Flow direction of urea solution: urea tank → suction tube → motor → filter element → spray tube → nozzle
Urea tank → suction pipe → motor → filter element → liquid return pipe → urea tank
Working principle of urea pump: Empty the program
Empty the program: THE ECU opens the reversing valve (24V power supply), the reversing valve pulls in, drives the control diaphragm in the pump, and hits the loop to the suction state. The nozzle is in the normal power supply state, the motor in the pump continues to rotate forward, and the suction command is executed to suction the urea solution back to the urea tank from the urea nozzle.
