Working principle of urea pump:

1. Pre-injection stage: the motor rotates to establish the pressure of urea solution.

Open the nozzle several times to drain the gas.

Pressure reaches 8-9 bar.

The preinjection time is generally 30s-1min.

Flow direction of urea solution: urea tank → suction tube → motor → filter element → spray tube → nozzle

Urea tank → suction pipe → motor → filter element → liquid return pipe → urea tank

2, spray stage: the exhaust temperature sensor on the vehicle reaches more than 180 degrees

Open the nozzle on engine command and spray urea solution into the exhaust pipe

Urea pressure has been maintained at 8-9 kg
