· Refrigerant recovery and purification
The SAC-180NN fully automatic refrigerant recovery and filling machine relies on a compression filter device to recover the refrigerant in the air conditioning pipeline into the working tank.
· Discharge of old refrigerant oil
The SAC-180NN fully automatic refrigerant recovery and filling machine can automatically discharge the old refrigerant oil after cleaning and recycling. If the power is cut off and the operation is terminated, the old refrigerant oil separated by the equipment can be manually discharged.
· Quantitative filling of new oil
The SAC-180NN fully automatic refrigerant recovery and filling machine can set the amount of refrigerant oil and add refrigerant oil to the air conditioning system.
· Quantitative filling of refrigerant
The SAC-180NN fully automatic refrigerant recovery and filling machine can set the amount of refrigerant to be filled and add refrigerant to the vehicle.
· Timed vacuuming
Use the electronic scale operation panel to set the vacuuming time. If the timer is reached, the vacuum pump will automatically stop. When the pointer of the low pressure gauge points to 29-30inHg, close the valve and switch, and the vacuuming of the refrigerant tank is completed.
· Fully automatic process
The SAC-180NN fully automatic refrigerant recovery and filling machine allows parameters to be set in advance. The machine can automatically complete the work according to the set process. All processes can be completed in a coherent manner, and each function can also be executed separately, so that the entire operation process is fully automated, which greatly improves the work efficiency of air conditioning maintenance.
· Built-in database
The fully automatic refrigerant recovery and filling machine has built-in various vehicle model data for selection, and can query the refrigerant oil type, refrigerant oil filling amount, refrigerant type, refrigerant filling amount and other information of the relevant vehicle model air conditioner.
