Product Description
Epoxy Primer
Characteristics: Excellent adhesion, resist to salt spray and moist heat, anti moisture, anti bubbling, and also has excellent isolation.
Usage: To give anti-rust and anti-corrosion help to the substrates like steel, aluminum, stainless steel, glass, steel, galvanized steel, etc.
Mixing Ratio:
2K Primer: Primer Catalyst = 4 : 1
1K Primer: Thinner = 1 : 1-1.5
weight ratio: Epoxy Primer : Epoxy Primer Hardener : Thinner = 4 : 1 : 1~1.5
volume ratio: Epoxy Primer : Epoxy Primer Hardener : Thinner = 3 : 1 : 1
Applicable period: At 20 ℃, for about 2 hours.
Drying: At 25 ℃, 24 hours thorough dry and can be sanded.
Shelf life: At 20 ℃ with original sealed, can store more than 2 years.
Package: 4L*4, 1L*12
SURFACE PREPARATION:
1. Surface Should Be Clean And Free Of Dust, Grease And Oil.
2. Old Varnish Surfaces Must Be Sanded Using Grit Sandpaper Number 1200, Before Applying The Clear Coat.
