With its user-friendly and instinctive interface, our CarPlay multimedia video interface with CAN makes it easy to use many of your iPhone's apps, including Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, Tidal, Spotify, Podcasts, Messages, WhatsApp and more all on your car's native dashboard screen. We’ve also listened to your needs and given you the option to connect your iPhone wirelessly with your car. For maximum convenience, control and switch between apps with your vehicle's built-in controls, or with your voice thanks to Siri at just a press of the Voice Command button.

1. Wireless Capability---Connect wirelessly

      LEADSIGN CarPlay interface for the Infiniti OEM 8" Radio lets you connect your iPhone wirelessly. After pairing your iPhone and CarPlay Interface once, the interface will recognize your iPhone each time you get in your car and connect wirelessly, without you even having to remove your phone from your pocket or bag. When using CarPlay you’ll be able to answer calls just like with a Bluetooth hands-free connection. All controls can be done on your car's screen with a touch of OEM buttons leaving your phone in your pocket.

2. Messages

Reading and writing is now listening and dictating.

Siri can read, reply, and send text messages for you, so you never have to look at your iPhone while driving. Just say "Siri, tell Blair 'll be there in 20 minutes," and it's done. CarPlay can also play audio messages through the car's speakers.

3. Full-Screen Mode---Big Screen

LEADSIGN CarPlay interface lets you use all your favorite CarPlay-compatible iPhone apps on the original Infiniti  radio system in full-screen. The retrofit's 1280x480 resolution for big screens and 800x480 resolution for small screens look great on all screen sizes.

The Full-Screen mode also includes a Screen Mirroring option, which lets you cast the screen of your mobile device onto the Infiniti 8" Screens monitor, and stream audio through the car speakers. iPhones mirror wirelessly, while Android phones require a cable connection.

Please note that mirroring of some apps or content using the Screen Mirroring feature may be blocked due to the copyright-holder's DRM. LEADSIGN is not responsible for the continued compatibility of any third-party apps with our CarPlay Interface.

The power and simplicity of Apple Maps is available in your car. CarPlay can predict where you're going using addresses from your email, text messages, contacts, and calendars. And now with a more detailed map, turn-by-tur spoken directions, and immersive 3D experiences, it's easier than ever to get where you need to go. One-tap access to your go-to and must-see destinations also helps you find more to see and do when you get there一whether you're searching for points of interest, driving to a favorite restaurant, or looking for nearby gas stations.

5. Android Auto support

The kit contains a Multimedia Video Interface —Infiniti 8" Radio system wireless Apple CarPlay retrofit module that also adds Android Auto https://www.android.com/auto/to your Volkswagen system. So if you have family members or friends with Android smartphones, connecting their devices will be a breeze too!

6. Integration with Front and Rear View Cameras

The LEADSIGN CarPlay Retrofit makes it easy to add front and reversing cameras to your order for a much lower price. The front view camera can easily be activated by holding the Option button for 2 seconds. To exit camera mode, just press Back. It can also be set up to appear automatically for up to 10 seconds when shifting from Reverse to Drive. The  car parking assist system also supports OEM (PDC) Parking Distance Control - parking radar and Dynamic Guidelines will be shown in the LCD while in Reverse.

7. High-quality audio with an equalizer

The audio output circuit in the LEADSIGN CarPlay Interface has been specifically selected to squeeze all the quality we can out of the Infiniti  AUX input, providing great audio quality for music, streaming and calls.
