First based on customers lamp mould samples and requirements to design the product drawings, then send it for customer check, after they conformed, we start mould design, after customer confirm, then start mould tooling. We could provide customer 3D drawings with following extention:.igs, stp, prt, x-t, provide customer 2D drawings with extension: dxf, dws, dut, dwg, most customers use x-t, prt and dwg.

In mould making step, we have high performance tooling machine in each step to satisfy the mould high precise. 

In mould quotation step, we will confirm with customers which steel should be used in mould, the usual used steel is Chinese P20, 718, 718H, 2738, 2316, S136 and so on for mould cavity and core, as the mould base could select 45# prehardend it above HRC 30. During mould tooling step, we could provide CNC milling machines from Taiwan with different size to suitable different size of mould. Tooling machines from Taiwan, Japan, Italy and Sweden is the guarantee of our  lamp mould quality. 

Injection molding step, to get a good products of the rear lamp mould, during the designing step, our designer will pay attention to the mold cooling system. Cooling is very important for a high quality requirements mould. A good cooling system could got a good products also improve the productions.

Some customers have no injection molding machines for injection rear lamp mould, and then we could provide injection service. It including purchase material, package and shipping, customer just waiting for the products.
